Cancel or change an order

To request a cancellation or correction, email xigongdaericyang@gmail.com as soon as possible, including your order number and the requested change.

We can cancel an order only while it can still be stopped before fulfillment. A request is not confirmed until we reply. If processing or dispatch has already started, cancellation may not be possible.

When a cancellation is confirmed, we refund the cancelled order to the original payment method. Your bank may need additional processing time.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund policy. This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
